German and American

There was an opening for a job in Germany. Two people wanted the job. One was from America, and the other one was from Germany.

Since both men had about the same background, the owner of the buisness decided to have both men take a test. So they took the test.

After looking at the test results, the owner chose the American man for the job. The German guy came into the owners office and said,

"Why did you pick the American man? I am from the same country as you!". The owner then replied,

"I picked the American man because, for the 5th question the American man put "I dont know" and on the fifth question on your test, you answered

"neither do I".
