Neptune is represents a higher octave of Venus and is the second furthest planet in our solar system. In general, without these extremes, Neptune brings about sensitivity, musicality and emotionality. Negative types are; becoming unreliable, phantasmic, deceiving, gossiping and are drawn towards theft and fraud, depending on the constellation. If someone is not even aware of his or her bending the truth, and shows off all the time, the Mercury-Mercury aspect might be impaired. On the physical level, Neptune is associated with the solar-plexus and the pineal body. He can cause nervous disorders, epilepsy, alcoholism and mental disorders. In his highest realization, he leads to pure love, altruism and talent on the level of genius. In very rare instances though, we will find a person mature enough for these strong aspects of Neptune. Neptune rules the sign of Pisces, a water-sign, which is best suited for the subtle, fluctuating, extremely refined and hard to sense vibrations of Neptune. If the horoscope shows a high substance, Neptune can lead by the means of intuition to the highest realizations. If there is less substance, he brings about vague impression, which confuse rather than clarify.
