DESCRIPTION:
A classic i n Asian cuisine and ready in a snap
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound boneless top round or flank steak
10 dried tomatoes
1/2 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup water
1/8 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/4 cup soy sauce
CRISCO No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 cups broccoli flowerets
2 to 3 green onions, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
Hot cooked rice
DIRECTIONS:
Trim fat from steak. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips. Combine tomatoes and boiling water; let stand 5 minutes. Drain and thinly slice. Stir together cornstarch and next 3 ingredients until smooth. Cook steak in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over high heat, stirring constantly, 2 minutes; remove steak from skillet. Add tomatoes, broccoli, green onions, and garlic to skillet; cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add cornstarch mixture; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in steak, and serve over rice.
