Fried Rice with Beef

Good Main Course or Fried Rice as a side dish
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Market Pantry(tm) Sugar
1 tablespoon Market Pantry(tm) Vegetable Oil
1 Market Pantry(tm) Egg, whisked
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup Archer Farms(tm) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden(tm) Ginger
2 cups Market Pantry(tm) Instant Rice
Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool. Combine soy sauce and sugar in a separate small bowl and set aside. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add egg and cook, stirring until just set. Remove to a bowl and set aside.
Add the ground beef and vegetables to the pan and cook until meat is browned. Season to taste with salt, pepper and ginger, cooking for 1 minute. Increase heat to high and add the rice, stirring for 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce mixture and egg. Serve immediately.
