Apple-Sausage Oven PancakeDESCRIPTION:
Good one pan meal perfect for a Sunday Brunch
INGREDIENTS:
1 package (8 ounces) brown-and-serve link sausages
1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped peeled apple
Maple-flavored syrup
DIRECTIONS:
1 . Heat oven to 450ºF. Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Brown sausages as directed on package.
2 . Stir Bisquick, milk, cinnamon and egg until blended. Stir in apple. Pour into dish; arrange sausages on top.
3 . Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Serve with syrup.
