DESCRIPTION:

A quick veggie pizza with a peso sauce. Use your imagination with the toppings.

INGREDIENTS:

1 12-inch pre-made pizza crust
1/2 cup BUITONI refrigerated Family Size Pesto Sauce
1/2 pound white mushrooms, trimmed and sliced thin
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Heat oven to 350°F. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; spread with pesto, top with mushrooms and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, around 15 minutes. Serve hot.
