
Creamy Mexican Beef Tacos

DESCRIPTION:
A new twist on an old favorite. Diced green chilis and cream cheese liven these tacos up.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup water
1 (1.25-oz.) package ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 (7-oz.) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1 cup ORTEGA® Medium Taco Sauce
1 (3-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 (12-ct.) package ORTEGA® Taco Shells, warmed
Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced green onions, sour cream
DIRECTIONS:
BROWN beef; drain. Stir in water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Add cream cheese, chiles, taco sauce; stir until cream cheese is melted. FILL taco shells with beef mixture. Top with lettuce, tomato, green onions and sour cream.
