
7-Minute Chicken Enchiladas

DESCRIPTION:
Fast and Easy chicken Enchiladas
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 c. jalapenos (optional
8 or 10 flour tortillas (room temperature)
Set aside tortillas and 1/2 c. grated cheese. Combine all other ingredients.
2 c. chicken, bite size, or 1 large can of chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz. container sourcream
1 can chopped green chillies
1/2 can of diced Rotel tomatoes and green chillies
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped 1/2 lb. grated cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Spoon into center of tortillas, roll and place seam down in large Rock'n Serve Shallow Container. Place remaining mixture and grated cheese on top. Apply seal and make sure you pop open the vent. Microwave until thoroughly heated
(approximately 7 to 9 minutes)
