DESCRIPTION:

Easy one pan dinner with pork and apples

INGREDIENTS:

4 pork chops (1 lb/454 g), about 3/4-inch-thick
1 onion, chopped
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. KRAFT SIGNATURE Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1-1/2 cups MINUTE RICE Brand Rice, uncooked
1 can (10 fl oz/284mL) condensed chicken broth
1 broth can water
2 red apples, chopped
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

DIRECTIONS:

SPRAY large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add chops; cook on medium-high heat 4 min. on each side or until browned.

ADD onion, mushrooms and dressing; cook an additional 3 min.

STIR in rice, broth, water, apples and thyme. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 min. or until heated through.
