1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot-style chili paste
1/2 pound cooked pork loin, chopped (1-1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
4 green onions, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)

1/2 small red sweet pepper, cut in thin strips
1 medium carrot, coarsely shredded (1/2 cup)
Sesame seed, toasted (optional)

1. Combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, and chili paste in a small bowl; set aside. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat just until hot.
