
Tortellini With Salmon & Dill

DESCRIPTION:
Smoked salmon mingles with cheese tortellini and a touch of dill
INGREDIENTS:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
3 oz. smoked salmon, cut into thin strips
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Three Cheese Tortellini, cooked, drained
DIRECTIONS:
Mix cream cheese and milk in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until well blended, stirring frequently. Add cucumber, salmon and dill; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Toss with hot tortellini.
