Sweet Pepper Shrimp with Linguine

DESCRIPTION:

Shrimp and linguine with peppers makes a fast dinner

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup Crisco Pure Canola Oil
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 pound red bell peppers, cut into strips
1/2 pound small raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound linguine
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley

DIRECTIONS:

In a large skillet heat the Crisco Pure Canola Oil over medium heat and saute the garlic until translucent. Add the peppers and onions and cook until tender. Add the shrimp, salt and pepper and cook until the shrimp are just cooked. Serve over cooked linguine and top with parsley.
