1 10-ounce package (6) frozen patty shells
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small leek, sliced, or 1/2 cup sliced green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Dash white pepper
2 cups half-and-half, light cream, or milk
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (2 ounces)
1/2 cup shredded process Swiss cheese (2 ounces)
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Fresh chives (optional)
Fresh thyme (optional)
