DESCRIPTION:

A light salad of vegetables and raviola to complement the greens.

INGREDIENTS:

1 (9 oz.) package BUITONI® refrigerated Light Four Cheese Ravioli or Garden Vegetable Ravioli, cooked and drained
1 pound assorted grilled vegetables, such as onion, zucchini, peppers and eggplant
1 cup lightly packed, torn assorted salad greens
15 ounces BUITONI® refrigerated Fat Free Garden Vegetable Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

COMBINE pasta, vegetables and salad greens in medium bowl. Combine sauce, oil and vinegar in small bowl; mix well. Add sauce mixture to pasta mixture; toss well. Serve immediately.
