DESCRIPTION:

fry favourable vegetables with butter adding to roti dough.

INGREDIENTS:

wheat flour 200 gms
salt as needed
carrot 1,beans 6,cheese 3 cubes,onions 1.
cut the above given vegetables into small pieses
temeric powder 1/2 spoon

DIRECTIONS:

fry the vegetables and cheese in a fry pan using 2 spoons of oil ,add required salt ,termeric power

make wheat flour into a dough adding above said fried vegetables

make small balls ,take one ball place on the roti maker roll the roller on the small dough until becoming a circle

now take the circle on to a dosa pan allow it to cook two way using two drops of oil

now the vegetable roti is ready.
